Esker Gin is crisp, clean and juniper led; this classic gin has its own distinctive notes with over a dozen botanicals, locally sourced silver birch sap, citrus and a hint of our floral botanicals.

Juniper and citrus are a match made in heaven. From the very first bottle of Esker Gin, we have loved to pair our drinks with orange zest. This vivid, citrus gin takes it one step further. Using the whole fruit, we take the natural flavour and colour to create a mouthwatering gin. As with all our gins, it contains the core Esker Gin botanicals.

Nothing says ‘sweet and juicy’ like ripe Scottish raspberries. We have captured all the natural fruit flavour and colour in this beautiful blush pink gin. It contains the core Esker Gin botanicals, and comes with the unmistakable hit of juniper and a touch of citrus to give a slightly sherbet character.

This gin is a unique addition to the Scottish gin market. We take sap from the silver birches of the Kincardine Estate on Royal Deeside and add a blend of spices. The finishing touch is honey which provides a subtle sweetness.
The honey and spices complement its citrus aroma and this contemporary gin works well as a neat spirit or mixed with ginger ale.
Esker Gold started life as Esker Honey Spiced - we wanted to reflect its gold medal-winning formula with a new look.
