Valencian Lassie
A silky smooth combination of Esker Valencian Orange gin, lemon and egg white. Perfect for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Valencian Orange Gin
25m Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 x Whole Egg White
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, “dry shake” first with no ice, then add ice and shake hard once again. Double Strain into a chilled martini glass. Zest with lemon peel and garnish with an orange twist.
