Esker Vesper
The quintessential vodka cocktail. We take ours extra dry, shaken and served with a twist of orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Premium Vodka
12.5ml Dry Vermouth
Orange twist
METHOD
Combine vodka & vermouth in a shaker with ice and shake until super chilled (about 30 times!) strain into a chilled martini glass ( just pop one in the freezer for 15 mins or so) and garnish with a twist of orange zest!
