Esker Martini
The quintessential gin cocktail. We take ours extra dry, stirred and served with a twist of orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker
5ml (one bar spoon) Dry Vermouth
Orange twist
METHOD
Combine gin & vermouth in a mixing glass with ice and stir until super chilled (about 30 times!) strain into a chilled martini glass ( just pop one in the freezer for 15 mins or so) and garnish with a twist of orange zest!
