A light refreshing twist to a cocktail classic…
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Premium Vodka
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Dash Soda
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (EXCEPT SODA) shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with ice and soda and garnish with an orange zest.
