Esker Stelvio Spritz
The perfect BBQ sipper!
INGREDIENTS
35ml Esker Orange Gin
20ml Aperol
20ml Fresh Lemon juice
100ml Prosecco
10ml Sugar Syrup
5 fresh basil leaves
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a large wine glass. Top with ice and Prosecco, stir and garnish with fresh basil leaf, rosemary, juniper berries, lime wheel, orange zest.
