Our Honey Spiced Esker Gold lengthened with ginger ale and strawberries and lime. Sweet, long & quenching.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Esker Gold

  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3 Strawberries (plus extra for garnish)

  • Ginger Ale

METHOD

Muddle strawberries in the bottom of your cocktail shaker then add all ingredients (EXCEPT GINGER ALE) with ice and shake hard. Double strain into a tall glass, top with ginger ale and garnish with strawberries and a wedge of lime.
