Silverglas Southside
A team favourite, dry, fresh and more-ish!
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Silverglas London Dry
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
8 - 10 mint leaves (reserve a couple for garnish)
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard, Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with remaining mint leaves.
