A twist on one of our brand ambassador’s favourite cocktails, the “Clover Club” Here we enhance our Scottish Raspberry Gin with creme de cassis for our take on this classic sour recipe.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Raspberry Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Creme de Cassis
One Fresh Egg White
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, “dry shake” first with no ice, then add ice and shake hard once again. Double Strain into a chilled martini glass. Zest with lemon peel and garnish with a fresh raspberry
