A twist the classic “Clover Club” Here we enhance our Scottish Raspberry Gin with creme de cassis for our take on this classic sour  recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Esker Raspberry Gin

  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Creme de Cassis

  • One Fresh Egg White

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, “dry shake” first with no ice, then add ice and shake hard once again. Double Strain into a chilled martini glass. Zest with lemon peel and garnish with a fresh raspberry
