Pear and Peach “Spiked” Ice Tea
Another refreshing punch -style cocktail, perfect for sharing with friends on a summer’s day!
100ml Esker Spiced Pear Vodka
50ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Peach Liqueur Or Peach Schnapps
150ml Chilled Tea
25ml Sugar Syrup
Fresh Mint
Lemon Slices
Sliced Fresh Pear (for garnish)
(serves 4)
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a small jug or pitcher and stir with plenty ice. Divide in small glasses and garnish with lemon slices, freshly sliced pear and fresh mint
