Esker Pear Drop
Short, Clean and Refreshing
50ml Esker Pear Vodka
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard, Double strain into a sugar- rimmed rocks glass* and top with ice.
*To do this gently run a wedge of lemon round the rim of your glass and then gently dip into granulated sugar
