Top 5* ways to drink Esker Spirits this summer
Rain or shine, there is one thing you can rely on more than the weather this summer and that’s a guarantee that there is an Esker Spirits drink recommendation or cocktail for every occasion.
So we polled the team of expert Esker-drinkers (aka the Esker Spirits team!) and came up with our top 5* ways to drink Esker this summer.
1. Esker London Dry
Serve: The Tam Collins - a Scottish nod to this cocktail classic. Long, refreshing, Zippy.
Drink When?
Treat yourself to a well-earned after work drink in the garden.
50ml Esker
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Dash Soda
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (EXCEPT SODA) shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with ice and soda and garnish with an orange zest.
2. Esker Gold
Serve: Honey Spiced Spring Cobbler - a sweet honey gin lengthened with zingy pink grapefruit and balanced with agave nectar.

37.5ml Esker Gold
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
12.5ml Lemon Juice
Dash Agave Syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a large glass or cup and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit, seasonal berries and a sprig of mint and a dusting of icing sugar.
3. Silverglas London Dry
Serve: The Silver Daisy - a Fresh, light, palate cleanser!
Drink When?
Serve at a BBQ with summer salads and grilled seafood.
50ml Esker Silverglas London Dry
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Elderflower Cordial
2-3 slice of Cucumber
Dash Soda Water
Mint Sprig to garnish.
Muddle (mash up!) three slices of cucumber in the bottom of your cocktail shaker then add all ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) with ice and shake hard. Double strain into a tall glass, top with soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber and sprig of mint
4. Valencian Orange Gin
Serve: Valencian Orange Spritz - prosecco enhanced with orange gin. A sophisticated and citrusy summer spritz.

25ml Valencian Orange Gin,
100ml Prosecco,
Dash Soda
Fresh Rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a large wine glass with ice and Garnish with Rosemary and orange peel.
5. Scottish Raspberry Gin
Serve: Raspberry Gin Mojito - a fruity version of the Mojito using our Scottish Raspberry Gin!

Forget those stubby bottles of beer and serve up this delicious cocktail at family barbeque instead!
50ml Esker Scottish Raspberry Gin
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Three Fresh Raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
Dash Soda Water
8 - 10 mint leaves (reserve a sprig for garnish)
Start by muddling the raspberries directly in the bottom of a tall (sturdy) glass. Then add all ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) to your glass. Gently clap the mint to release the aromas, being careful not to bruise it. Add crushed ice and churn using a spoon. Top with a dash of soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
6. Orange & Pomegranate Vodka
Serve: The Hard Seltzer - we love this light refreshing serve, lower in calories and sugar, low fuss and delicious!

A super simple serve to take down to the beach or the park with friends.
50ml Esker Orange & Pomegranate
Soda or Sparkling water
Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
Orange Peel
Combine a double shot of vodka with soda and add pomegranate and/or orange peel to garnish
7. Scottish Raspberry Vodka

Serve: Raspberry Frosé - frozen rosé wine blended with our raspberry vodka. A total crowd pleaser and party favourite!

125ml Esker Raspberry Vodka
Handful of Frozen Berries
Fresh Berries (for garnish)
Dash of Squeezy Honey
(Serves 6)
Plan ahead... the night before you want to enjoy some Frosé, pour 1 bottle rosé wine into a zip-lock bag and freeze overnight (make sure it is properly sealed to avoid any leaking). N.B because of the alcohol in the wine, it will not freeze solid.
When you are ready to drink, simply combine all other ingredients in a blender with the frozen rosé wine. Once blended, divide into wine glasses and garnish with fresh berries and serve with a straw.
8. Pear and Peach “Spiked” Ice Tea

100ml Esker Spiced Pear Vodka
50ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Peach Liqueur Or Peach Schnapps
150ml Chilled Tea
25ml Sugar Syrup
Fresh Mint
Lemon Slices
Sliced Fresh Pear (for garnish)
(Serves 4)
Add all ingredients to a small jug or pitcher and stir with plenty of ice. Divide in small glasses and garnish with lemon slices, freshly sliced pear and fresh mint.
