The Silver Daisy
Fresh and light, a perfect summer serve for sipping in the back garden!
INGREDIENTS
50ml Esker Silverglas London Dry
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Elderflower Cordial
2-3 slice of Cucumber
Dash Soda Water
Mint Sprig to garnish
METHOD
Muddle (mash up!) three slices of cucumber in the bottom of your cocktail shaker then add all ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) with ice and shake hard. Double strain into a tall glass, top with soda and garnish with a slice of cucumber and sprig of mint.
