Aston Pear Passion Collins

Pear and fresh passion fruit complement each other perfectly in this long, refreshing collins.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Esker Spiced Pear Vodka

  • One half Fresh Passion Fruit (Reserve the other half for Garnish)

  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

  • Dash Soda

METHOD

First add passion fruit and sugar to the bottom of a cocktail shaker and give them stir together  then add all other ingredients (EXCEPT SODA) and shake with ice. Double strain into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with passion fruit shell.
