O&P Ice House Frosé

Frozen rosé wine blended with our orange and pomegranate vodka. A total crowd pleaser and party favourite!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle good quality Rosé Wine

  • 125ml Esker Orange & Pomegranate Vodka

  • Fresh Pomegranate Seeds

  • Dash of Grenadine

  • Fresh Berries (For Garnish)

(Serves 6)

METHOD

Plan ahead... the night before you want to enjoy some Frosé, pour 1 bottle rosé wine into a zip-lock bag and freeze overnight (make sure it is properly sealed to avoid any leaking). N.B because of the alcohol in the wine, it will not freeze solid.

When you are ready to drink, simply combine all other ingredients in a blender with the frozen rosé wine. Once blended,  divide into wine glasses and garnish with fresh berries , fresh pomegranate and serve with a straw.
